In the Reading Discovery Room, our Pre-K learners enjoy a multi-sensory program of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic activities that develop essential pre-reading skills.

Our Pre-K children will develop skills in:
  • Oral language
  • Vocabulary
  • Writing letters
  • Identify beginning letter names and sounds
  • Text comprehension
  • Word Recognition
  • Early readers will become enthusiastic and inspired to learn new concepts through brightly colored pictures, humorous story lines, large bold text and familiar musical tunes.

Our curriculum, "Frog Street Press", provides countless opportunities for rich language exchange between teachers and children. Children hear and have opportunities to use a wide variety of words as a result of the content, the process of playing, and interactions they have with adults and peers while playing and learning.
